| Abstract |
A standardised system for classifying and describing food makes it easier to compare data from different sources and perform more detailed types of data analyses. As such, there have been many agency-specific, project-specific and international efforts to create food vocabularies fit for different purposes. Here we describe the different existing and ongoing efforts. |
